Have you spoken to the site about the package and asked them to trace it?
Have you spoken to Paypal about you not receiving the shipment?
Was it USPS or UPS that the shipment was to come through. Did you contact either of them to track the package?
Is the package waiting in Mexican customs for you to pay import duty on it?

I can tell you what my experience with PARTS4EURO has been.
I ordered over 300.00 worth of parts afterr reading FREE U.S. delivery and, 3 to 5 days for delivery of parts with tracking numbers sent as soon as available.
My order was placed with PARTS4EURO on a Saturday, they in turn entered the order on the following Monday. according to them.
On Friday I had not received any parts (no biggie 3 to 5 days) but I also hadn't received any shipping info, leading me to believe nothing had been shipped.
So I called them. I was told that some of the parts had shipped but not the others. I asked when the remainder would be shipped. I was told that they were expecting to receive shipment in "ABOUT 30 DAYS". I told him that wouldn't do as I had to turn this project.
He said there was nothing he could do about it and that he would not issue any refund.
Well it is now June 30th and I have received NO PARTS, NO TRACKING NUMBERS AND NO BACK ORDER INFORMATION OF ANY KIND.
MASTERCARD SAYS THEY CANT HELP ME BECAUSE PARTS4EURO PROCESSED THE TRANSACTION PROPERLY? WHAT??????
And just in case any thinks I'm racist, my wife is 100% Asian, I own cars of Asian origin and etc etc etc.
I am not East bashing but PARTS4EURO is a complete RIPOFF!!!

Does it say "no refunds" on their web site? If it doesn't say no refund then they must do a refund, if they dont say there is a restocking fee then they cant charge you for one.
I would stay far way from any company that cant offer a refund for a part they haven't even shipped yet.

It was just 5+ weeks old, not even close to being 2 months. lol
I hate companies that have crappy customer service. That should be top on any companies list, even before the product/service they offer and everyone in the customer service business knows that the customer is ALWAYS right.
