Default factory nav install

I have a opportunity to get a entire 2005 b7 a4 3.2 quattro for a very good price (its a wrecked vehicle). I am mainly buying it for the black leather interior but i was also wonder could i retro fit the nav from it into my 2002 b6 A4 3.0 quattro? i will have all the hardware needed obviously so i dont think this would be a problem besides the huge pain in the butt. I know i will have to get a revo immobilizer defeat program in order to use the much cooler cluster (has a color lcd display in it) but thats only a few hundred bucks and not a huge concern. does anyone have expirience with this? I dont know alot about nav systems but a concern i had was it some how spydered into the actual satelite that this nav dosent go to this vehicle? i dont think that sounds realistic but you never know. any input would be apprciated
