I had sent an email to ATP inquiring about a turbo setup for the 05 B7 A4 2.0t and this is the email that was sent back to me.

Jeff,

We'll be announcing the turbo upgrade options for this engine in May/June.

They will range from 300 to 450HP.

Hmmm it would be very tempting. Too bad the 2.0T hasn't been long term tested on reliability.

 

Apparrently they can Because i just asked about the turbo knowing it would have to be the turbo and intake being one piece unit.. but damn 450hp is more HP than the STOCK RS4..... That kit will give new meaning to off the line go power... HEHEHEHE....

 

you mean turbo and exhaust manifold right? cause thad be a shitty system if theturbo went straight to intake manifold.

 

Yes that is correct sorry its the turbo and exaust.. i get confused witch its connected to my bad....

Oh and by the way i talked to a sales rep from APR today and the turbo kit from them will be showcased at their April 1st BBQ festival and will be for sale to the people that go to the BBQ but wont be available to public for a few weeks or month....No other info was given as to the cost or the HP gains but rem hearing an estimate of around 4,000 but that price is NOT deffinate..

 

450hp I hope your quattro and have a nice built tranny. cant wait to see some dynos with that setup though.

 

Yea i imagine you would need a heavy duty tranny for it although im sure it can take itas long as you dont dump the clutch too hard to many times..... A dyno of it would be awesome to see......
