Search the forums for "magnet" and I'm sure you'll find it....Jestnomen wrote up how to do it awhile ago. I got my Europlate awhile ago "IN-SU 03" and I'm thinking about doing the magnet mod or drilling holes in the plate to mount into the holes in the bumper and putting a while cap on the ends. The black plastic mounting frame kinda ruins it, IMO
