The roads here in south beach miami are very bumpy. After i drive through it every morning my ESP light turns on. I know it turns on when im driving through it but after when im driving on a smooth highway the lights comes back on and stays on.

Then i'm turning my car on and sometimes the esp light does not turn off. does anyone know what can be wrong

 

It might be the brake light switch. I had the similar problem and it turned out to be the brake light switch.

 

Does the ABS light also come on?

 

No the ABS does not turn on. It happens every morning if i drive more than 30 minutes.
