ya you can run 40psi. wasnt safe but i did. and nothing bad happened other then that i hit 120 very very fast. ya i ran a manual boost controller. the chip was conpinsating for the extra air. if not i would of blown the motor. it was problaby checking the map sensor and adding the exta fuel. plus i was running hellla rich so it was safe i guess.

first of all, HOLY $HIT!! i didnt know you could pull 40 psi out of that!!

thats nutts.. and even i thouhgt my enging would blow the heck up with that much pressure! question, are you running a boost controller? and if so, does your chip automatically adjust for the added air?

it is all about how you use it if you drive it super hard all the time then it might blow up and my father is an old gear head and i have seen him do alot of things to old muscle cars and such kinda like what tomritt did and make parts fit thats should fit and shouldn't be there

tell ur dad this is not the 60s or what ever year hes stuck in anymore

APR Stage 3+ is a solid kit with solid tuning its not gonna blow unless ur engine is in bad shape from the start
but if u got the money for it casue APR aint cheap
