You can get the same thing new from the dealer for like $70 its OEM Audi/VW N75 ( 034 906 283 H, or "H" valve)

So their chart says...
1999 - 2002 A4 1.8T Chipped YES
Does that mean if you're not chipped it's not worth getting?

i had it when i wasent chipped....i still got a 2psi raise in boost.

i dont think so....but i have heard of people hittn limp mode with it. its a test and see kinda thing.
