Ecode and HID install difficulty
Ok so teh guy that was gonna do it doesnt have time for a while and the otehr guy (my normal mechanic) says it will take from 2 -4 hrs to do. They have an hourly rate of around 90, do the math. How hard is this on a whole? I am not worried about the cutting but the electrical kinda worries me and also where to mount the ballast. Is this something i should attempt or leave it to the pros?

RE: Ecode and HID install difficulty
Do it yourself, it took me like an hour for the whole install with cutting the fender. Its not that hard and its kinda fun, but take off the front bumper your 1st time via the 2 bolts underneath, makes it alot easier to do the wiring and fitment the 1st time.

Just make sure you have the wiring diagrams for your components. Ballasts don't always wire up the same.
Otherwise its not a difficult install, done it a couple of times now.
