Default dumb snub mount question

ok did a search. but what i want to ask is
is the snub mount only on the manual cars or the autos as well.
i have a quite notable vibration on idle (auto) and was wondering if replacing the snub mount may help.

However, my tuner advises against the ECS mount for the tip. He says they cause too much vibration coming into the car. He's right, for two weeks after I had mine installed it felt like there was a bee's nest under my gas pedal.

I had to have him go in there and readjust it several times just to make the car driveable.
