Default Drifting my AWD A4

Hey,
I've been reading up on drifting and it seems that most people who drift do it in FWD or RWD cars. I was just wondering if anyone has drifted an AWD A4 and if they did they could point me to a website or video with some instructions. I read that you can attempt to fake out the system by pulsing the e-brake, anyone else heard about this?

Thanks

Wait for snow!

Stock the car is not going to drift very well at all, so power will need to be increased a lot to be affective. If you shift the weight to the side you want to kick the car out (ex: making a right hand turn you would jerk right, left, then back right while accelerating) the rear will come loose. Problem is you need the power to keep all the wheels loose which is just not there in a stock Audi.

In slick conditions this can be achieved but I would not try it unless in an open parking lot.

E-brakes are for pussies. Take off your front sway bar, find a good on-ramp and just when the car starts to understeer, lift and drift ftmfw! If you disable your ABS, you can do the Scandinavian Flick, if you've got the ***** to try it.

Start in hard turning in the direction you don't want to go (for a right turn, you start off left,) jam the brakes so you lock them up and then cut the wheel over in the direction you want to go as you release and give it the gas again. It's a bit more involved than that, but that's the basic version. That's how you can drift an understeering all-wheel-drive car!

Yeah, but the key is to not be a ricer and use your f*cking e-brake!

I was so curious and searched on Youtube for this "Scandinavian flick".

Is that what you're talking about?

I would say yes but he needs more practise. It kind of looked like he hit the e-brake in the middle of the slide. It should be more smooth and not such a loss of speed.

That's it, he just needs to practice. Probably left-foot-braking without the ABS on. If you try to do that with ABS, TCS, or ASM, you die instantly. Seriously, I saw it happen once. This semi-truck comes out of nowhere and just plows into you and you die!
