I have been told that there is a special tool to remove the dash near the windshield. Is this true or can it be taken off with out it. I have the whole lower section off, how do I remove the upper black part?

Hope someone can help me, I am replacing the A/C Evaporator. Any help is welcomed. Thanks guys.

 

I need help for removing the central console, anybody knows some DIY to help me?
