That's what i would like but he dont list years for it. Plus im not in a hurry to get it.

 

Get an RNS-E Nav unit, then the glove box DVD player. Factory fit & finish, & you get the DVD player.

 

Or just get the AVIC-Z1 because it's the bomb and with help from avic411.com you can learn how to mod it. It's pricey though. test drove an A4 with stock Navi, seemed complex and the screen is a littl eon the small side. Can get a custom material Carbon Fiber enclosure made for double din to fit correctly with this unit for like $120.

 

Years is irrelevant, you get a custom surround like if you got an aftermarket headunit and as long as you have the software your fine. Thats what Im doing. Im gonna throw 2 10's in the trunk with a nice amp and run that in dash dvd/navi as my stereo. Those things rock they flip up and accept cd,dvd's, and flashcards. I'll never have to burn a cd again, just get a nice 2GB SD card and update music accordingly.

 

You need software? Where do you get it & price?

I am thinking about adding 1 more 10" on the other side of the trunk, but I dont want to get a different amp since i just bought this 1. I'll make my decision this summer.
