Just wondering if anyone has ever done this... as per the instructions I found from a post by jaybquick:

basic instructions: "use about a 3.5" long 3" diameter exhaust pipe. Go to home depot, and get a 3" ID 90degree rubber plumbing elbow, 2 3" clamps. You can make two rubber bump hoses from the one elbow. Use a little epoxy to seal it well to the air-box. File the air box nub inside just a bit, and you're done."

Just got my K&N air filter, debating on doing something like this. Im thinking this will definately throw a CEL, any thoughts?
