Default couple minor problems

Its been rainy here lately and my car sat outside all week while I was out of town. Yesterday I noticed alot of condensation in the right headlight. I've never had this problem before, even in worse weather. After a little research I know why the problem occurs, just want to hear any tips or suggestions on how to fix it...Also, I started my car to hear this unusual sound. Its kinda like turning the ignition and hearing that faint sound from the fuel pump. It sounds like that, only louder and while the engine is running and the RPMs go up. I know its not the pump because its coming from the right front of the car, and my car runs fine. I was thinking maybe its a cam chain or AC compressor but everything works fine so I don't know.

Replace the headlight?

Have you isolated the location of the noise?

You said it gets louder with RPM? Does the noise sound different at different rpm, or just louder?

What if you turn off the A/C condensor on your heater controls, does the noise go away?
