Cold Starts
Ok, so it got cold here it is like -5 C (32F) at night... So when i start my car in the morning RPMS dont go over 1000 at idle. I mean before when it was warmer even in a summer it was like 1200 for the first 45 seconds and then there was a drop to 900. Now it is like this http://s169.photobucket.com/albums/u225/audiprtn/?action=view¤t=MOV00136.flv2003 a4 1.8t.

RE: Cold Starts
I don't think 200rpm is something to worry about. Things don't like to move as fast when they are cold especially oil and metal. The rpm's look steady which is a good thing, if it was unsteady i would get worried but it looks fine. If the rpm's are at 1000 at each start-up consistantly thats good also.
