For some reason, when my car sits for more than a day, when I go to start it up it struggles for about 1 sec then starts right up. Each time after it starts right up too. It only struggles when its the first cold start of the day or a couple of days. Seems to be worse the longer it sits without being started. Could it be the starter going?

Just got a new one not too long ago actually. But recently had transmission work done on my car, and when I went to pick up the car the battery was dead. Didnt think anything of it since once it was jump started never had any problems since. So I will probably just return the battery since im sure its still under warranty.
