Default Clutch questions

Ok so after around 6 months of driving my car I still cant get it right.

I bought the car a year ago and the clutch has barely 6000 miles on it yet I cant figure it out. here are the symptoms

1st and second gear at times are hard to get into

sometimes when i shift i get a little clunk.....it is not a completely smooth transition.

i get a littl vibration in the clutch....

sometimes the sweet spot changes from high to low.

please help me out...any tips would be great..like what rpms should i be changing gears. I change at around 3000 rpms...should i be going higher?

im gonna go with tranny mounts, my car does the same exact thing and the clutch was redone at about 20k miles ago so its still good, i hope cause i know how to drive stick and the guy before me knew. im going to change mine out soon with track density mounts from 034 which should give a bit more vibrations in the cabin but overall get rid of any drivetrain movement. i read a DIY and the guy said itgot rid of the the clunk and many issues of going into gear.

Have you previously owned manual cars? If not, immediately sell your car and go buy an auto because your not made for a stick.. If so, your clutch might be f'ed up.. get it checked...

Could be syncros, but more then likely its just general wear and tear and unless i warm up my car i get shitty shifting till it does warm up down the road. Just a thought or 2.

It could be the shifter itself. I installed a B&M a few months ago and it was a b*!ch to get lined up to shift right.

Any grinding at all? If not, then your syncros should be fine...
Trans mounts could be the best bet. I'd go OEM over anything stiffer, though... I'm sure the 034 ones are awesome if you're going to track your car, but why live with vibration all the time when new OEM ones would fix the problem?
