Ive search this and came up with no answers so ill ask the question again. When I press the clutch in it sounds like whining noise but goes away when i let off the clutch pedal. The noise is the same noise when you turn your steering wheel all the way to one side.

 

power steering pump is what makes the noise when you turn the wheel to one side im not sure about your clutch prob bro.

well i know that its the pump noise but thats the same sound it makes when i press the clutch but it doesnt slip at all

 

You probably need a new throwout bearing.

 

but when a throwout bearing is bad the sound its makes it not even close to the same. when a throwout bearing is bad you will hear pretty loud rattling and when you push the cluth in it rattling goes away

 

If you have a bad throw-out bearing you should hear the hissing noise when you push the clutch in, not when you let it out.
