Have a problem with climate control in my 2002 A4 Avant (UK model). The air con unit works fine, as does the heating, but the climate control temperature sensors are not behaving. When I set the unit to LO the fans go to full and the air con kicks in as expected. However when I move the selected temperature up one click (to 18 degrees) the unit switches back to heating, even thoughI know the car temperature is well above this value.
Is this a broken sensor, or just a calibration issue?

Clifty - this is an old post but I have the same issue with my A4, switching the temp up one notch turns the heat on full! Did you work out what the issue was?
