I was almost sure that it was the CV joint since i had this problem with my civic about a year ago. I'll get it looked at next month and get back to you guys with an update.

I'll add to the clamor. That is classical for failing CV joint, most likely outer.

if it gets to the point that stuff like your transmission is shakking a little it is definatly you alignment

How long can i drive like this? Because i am going to the US this weekend and i hope that it lasts for the trip there and back thats about 1600km?

you should be fine.....failing cv joints will function fine for months...the damage is already done, you aren't hurting anything driving on it, just take it easy at low speed turns, if it gets really bad the joint will pop off and you'll be screwed, you'll have to get it towed....
