I live in PA, I know they can be dicks. I think i should be alright as long as i keep the amber bulb. I just dont want to cut the amber piece out and then have to worry about getting new headlights if they wouldnt pass inspection.

make sure you register the car and go through inspection first, then do the clear corner mod. you don't have to go through inspection on a regular basis in PA, do you? even for regular emissions testing, i don't think they'd care at all about your headlights.

Every year i have to do regular inspections plus emissions. More than likely though they probably wouldnt even know theheadlights aremissing the amber corners being that they will still be the stock headlights.

i just used a small drill bit like 3/16th or smaller maybe and drilled straight through that tab at the top and bottom then stuck my finger in the turn signal hole and broke it loose... i used an L shaped pick from sears to pull it out from between the housing and turn signal piece then jiggled it around till the curved reflector lined with with the curves needed to removed it, once i got it inline to remove, i stuck that L shaped pick on it and just janked it out, ive also heard of people using needlenose pliars to break it in half once its close to coming out....

if you are unlucky some jackass or police will notice...
