Default CLAIR PARTS? SCAM? HElp, LOOK

So i placed an order with http://www.clairparts.com/ over a week ago for an RS4 grill, came to 80 dollars about.

Well after 3 days i heard nothing, email confirmation, nothing, so i emailed them varifying if they received my order.

Well its been almost 5 days and still nothing back? In my opinion that is **** for service, not getting an email confirmation, or anything.

They also have not billed my credit card yet for this purchase? I rather cancel the order now and buy it from ECS tuning instead, at least i know i will get it within a week with them....

anyone ever heard anything about Clair Parts?

Thanks

Clair is a car dealer here in MA. They have their brand new Audi lot that just opened in Westwood this month. I accually just got a new dipstick and Diverter Valve (710n) from them last week. When I was in there they seemed like they were having a lot of computer issues. Like the parts guy had to manually write me a recipte.

Not sure if that could be part of the issue

Though the site I know for them is a differnt one:
http://www.clairaudi.com/

When I click the parts link it brings me here:
http://www.clairaudi.com/parts.cfm

Hope this helps you
