Ok, noticing a lot of chrome talk on this thread today... for some reason.

Let's put it this way. Chrome + ANY European car = bad

I think Jeremy Clarkson of topgear sums it up speaking of the STR-10 Viper... "and also European cars are rather less... ostentations and vulgar. We grew out of chrome wheels in 1972; except, in Cheshire perhaps."

I havn't seen this much chrome talk on this forum... ever... so... what's the deal? what's everyones fascination with blindingly ugly bling?

i was wondering the same f*#kin thing. how can so many people think that looks good??? especially audi owners! come on guys, this isn't a damn honda forum, let's grow up huh? i mean, why don't you just pop on some altezza tails, an aluminum wing, and some vinyl decals while you're at it? let's go get fast and furious guys!!!!!!!!!! YEA!

mmm, and those wicked steering wheel covers.

but honestly, do it right, do it tasteful, actually have the parts on your car (unless it's quiksilver ) and IMO it can look very nice.
