changing rear brake pads on 2000 1.8t fwd

Default changing rear brake pads on 2000 1.8t fwd

i've been looking online for a DIY but so far i have only found DIY of Quattro's. what do i have to do differently for a fwd to change the rear brake pads? any help appricated, thank guys

Oh, by the way...i already have new sets of stock pads for the rear

The rear pistons screw in. This allows the hand brake to work.
You can use a needle nose pliers to turn the pistons. This is the
same on quattros.

do they have a sensor that has to be changed over or anything like that?

There is no sensor on the rear pads.
