Default CEL help

just bought a 98 2.8 quatro and after about 160 miles the check engine light came on.
these are the codes im getting

18010
17606
17607
16524
17967
17923
n156
16795

the descriptions make it sound like there may simply be a short and thats it but i dont have a wiring diagram to check. Has anyone seen this before or know what exactly is wrong? or did i just buy a lemon?

I brought it in today to get looked at, my first mechanic didn't know what to do so I found an german specialist. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
