I believe an old member by the name David_K had a custom CF driveshaft in his car, it made a difference

but did it make enough of a difference to justify the cost? regardless, i mean custom is one thing, but the cf shaft outta the '97 is no lighter than the updated steel oem one from 98+ b5s

are you sure they meant the whole thing is carbon fiber and not just a part of it
