carbon fibre drive shaft!!!

I know they came on the 97' A4 but i was wondering if it would fit a 99.5' A4 and has anyone ever done this and felt any difrence. Im just toying with the idea, it would be kinda neet.

personally never heard of it due to the expense? and no its not fitted normally

Yeah this is a first in all my forum readings.. Sort of hard to believe Audi would use carbon fiber drive shafts as OEM eq.

ya i heard the 97s where the only ones wit carbon drive shafts
i havent heard of anyone tryin it though

Very interesting! Dont see myself spending the $200-300 on one just to see if it will fit but deff. good to know. Something even better to know is the weight diff. between the 2.
