I took my car to bridge tires for an alignment and the guy works there said that an Audi Vehicle only be aligned at Audi Dealership because it has an " Active Suspension" and he quoted " They can do it but it will cost problems later on in the suspension" it is true? if not where do you guys take to can for an alignment?
Thanks,

RE: Car Alignment
The thing they're afraid of is the 'raised toe' suspension, which really doesn't matter.
I've been having the same problem as you, nobody in town wants to align my car... I may have just found a shop though.
If they said they'll do it, have them. Just make sure they have the toe as close to zero as possible (a little negative toe is better than a little positive toe, but as long as it's within spec and equal you'll be good), have them equalize the camber, and have them get the caster within spec.
Here's my thread if you want to learn more than you ever wanted to know about alignment, and the problems that can happen.

The audizine link in there has the best info, sorry AF guys.
