Would anyone know if a VW dealership be able to work on my 03 A4? ie; oil change, diagnose, etc... Would they know as much as an Audi dealer about Audis? The nearest Audi dealership is 45 mins away from me and there are 2 VW dealership that are 10-15 mins away. I figured I can save gas and time by going to VW. Let me know. Thanks!

 

Yes and no. From what the guy at the VW place was telling me, generic parts are ok (filters, same engine parts, that sort of thing) but anything with the Audi rings on it you can't get at a VW place anymore. It's weird, but that's the way AOA wanted it. I wanted to get a new key for my A4, and the VW guy told me they couldn't do it anymore. Teh suk!
