Default Buying new engine from Chanpagne Motors in Denver

I need a new engine for my 1997 A4, 1.8t. I found one for a good price at Champagne in Denver. Has anyone had any experience, good or bad with them? They tell me that the engine has only 15k miles on it. I'm not sure if there is a way to verify this.

No No No No no and NO. This shop is HORRIBLE. All the guys that work there are a bunch of hacks. A they don't backup their work at all. And B. They don't know what they are doing. They did things like use nylon bolts on the turbo (nylon Bolts Melt) and then they used wood screws to mount my front bumper.. WTF? But what takes the cake is they put some ****** piston rings in backwards. That means it sucks oil instead of push it away. Therefore I needed an engine rebuild.. Oh and look who doesn't want to help? Champange.. Is Highly Not Recommended by me. If you need work done, try 3zero3 motorsports. They never call you back but they do pretty good work. Or A shop called Horsepower R&D Off 225 and Colfax. I just rebuilt the head on my car... ( Oh that was all fucked up by Champagne too.. Valves bent and ****.... AND they don't know how to tune cars at all! ) SO save yourself the pain i went through and don't take it to them.....
