to summarize it . I came back and my bumper was on the ground with a small hole on it. they messed up the clips so it cant be put back on. apparently the washer nozzle and reservoir washer needed to be fix and " R R Cylinder, Pressure" whatever that is. but the only damage was from the bumber and nothing else and a hose got cut off.

The only thing I was worried about is the paint costing over $400 since i'll have to get a new part. but I didn't have to they only REPAIRED it and the paint was only $40 dollars since it was only a little bit used

So i come back they gave me a $984 dollar bill. 10.5 hours of labor at $46 dollars an hour = $483

and the parts came out to $429.. $150 for RR Cylinder Pressure. $97.50 for Reservoir Washer $30 For Washer Nozzle Cap and shop supplies $100 plus other small stuff

Now my step dad was the one who went to this so called friend and got it repaired since he said not to call the insurance for minor damages. because of that I had to pay for it. He told me $300 at first. Now I get a $1000 bill. I just want to know, honestly did he get ripped off or not? because I'm not going to pay for something just because he doesn't care to look into it since he's not paying for it

also did he tell them to fix parts that wasn't my fault? I don't know what a bumper cover will have to do with those parts. The only damages to bumper was on the right side facing the car everything on the left is perfect and it clipped back in perfectly
