Build it

RE: Build it
I've been wishing for this very thing many times this year. Each time I was about to do some work I would search our forum and the only thing I would find is a referal to another forum. I've done some DIY for the Jeep forum I belong to and those have truned out ok, but my biggest problem (besides not wanting to get my camera greasy) is my camera only takes 1mb pics and in low light situations the pics look grainy. And now I've missed all the good ones- this year alone I've done TB/water pump, 3 wheel bearing, one outer TRE, and the clutch. I did take a few pics each time but I don't think it's enough to do a DIY.
If I can assemble something where should I send it? Will you be able to store the pictures on your own server?

Folks, I own a domain and would be happy to host photos for folks. I've got 10 Gb and way too much bandwidth. If you need DIY pics hosted, shoot me a PM. Conversely, onepoint8tee, perhaps I could just set up an FTP account for forum member use with access to a DIY photo folder on my domain?

RE: Build it
Fair enough. Just offering to help. I've had the domain up for two years now and I haven't done anything with it, although maybe now that I'm out of the military I'll get around to building something on it.
