Just install the precision ic and see where it goes from there. You get the 350hp core?

I do not think it is a heat issue, it is probably playing a small role in the equation. I got the 350hp core (is this going to be big enough????)

here is the whole scoop:

-I am pulling loads of timing, on and off boost, hot or cold ambient air, 91 octane or 100 octane. doesnt matter

-My fuel trims are as followed:
idle: +1.8%
part throttle 24.2%
no cel thrown
- the A/F ratio is right on spec, doesnt indicate me running lean.
- Peak MAF rate is 185g/s with a vr6 MAF and a new stock sensor. unitronics states it should be well over 200g/s while in boost.

-when I unplug the MAF sensor the fuel trims go down a lot.

what do you think about that????

you have a wbo2, run the a/f ratio. Plus i think if you cross 200 g/s, your housing is to small. So in this case you should be fine. The 350hp core should be plenty for your car.

Run boost, timing, and a/f log and we can graph it and see.

I do not have a wideband except for the stock wideband sensor that you get from vag-com. so do you want me to log blocks 20 (timing corrections), 115 (boost), and 31 (A/F ratio). I will try to get that as soon as possible for you.

thanks
