BT logs, timing issues

BT logs, timing issues
well about 30 minutes ago I went and logged my car and i had to get away from studying for finals.
well the result is depressing. my intake temps are throught the roof, I think the sensor is going out.
I have two logs:
The first log is here:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?k...lVXuouTlmYpMTQ
this log is only second gear and I could not get a 3rd gear pull in tonight.
as you can see the timing pull is huge. I have no idea what is causing it or what. the second concern is the intake temp, the temp is 80-90 degrees F. when I did this log it was 43 degrees F out. now is it me or is that really high? also after the run the intercooler was cold. Even the hot pipe from the turbo is cool to the touch. the intake side is well taken care of too.
I think the intake temp sensor is going out. what so you think, also so imput on the timing corrections are welocme
the second log:
maybe related to the timing pull issue????
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?k...lVWca4OcRea1Ng
this log is me parked reving the engine slighly (idle~2000rpms). If you notice the timing pull is immediately after i blip the throttle. Is this normal or is it due to the timing problem?
let me know if you have any input that can help me diagnose this persisting problem.
thank you

RE: BT logs, timing issues
heat => high iat's => pulled timing.
A decent ic core is 70% effient, yours is pretty far from it. You need either a larger core or a denser one. As soon as you get your ic to be in the 70-80% eiffient, you will have little to no timing pull. I bet you will be just as fast if not faster with 15-16psi as you are at 19psi due to the heat/timing pull

RE: BT logs, timing issues
well good for me it makes me feel better that I just ordered a new precision fmic
The temps were aroung 100 degrees right when I started the car (very cold start) that tells me their is something wrong.
my situation went like this. turn on the car, turned on the pda (to log), went to block 4, saw 100 degrees for intake temps, look at the outside temps low 40's.
maybe it is just me but that is a little high on a cold start.

RE: BT logs, timing issues
here is a log in third gear, blocks 3 and 20 together.
tell me what you think, or feed back on if the log helps.
