Bose Rear Deck Speakers/Amp

Bose Rear Deck Speakers/Amp
Anyone know if I can splice in an additional 2 Channel Amp into the factory Amp Power supply and run 6.5" Componant speakers on the rear deck and leave the factory amp to run the front and rear door speakers? I blew one of the rear deck wookers and don't want to replace the whole system? Can I take the Rear Deck wires out of the factory amp and reroute them into the new amp?

RE: Bose Rear Deck Speakers/Amp
yea you can but it will sound like ****. you should splice into the line out wires right beind the deck and put in a set of RCA's to run the new amp... Why dont you just buy one new speaker and leav it the way it is?? you can find them for like $60 all the time

Yeah, that would be a lot easier...I was thinking about getting a set of Infinity Kappa 60.7cs Componants (6.5" - 2 Ohm) and just putting the woofers in and leaving it at that. I am guessing that that would be closer to the Bose Woofer (6.5" - 2 Ohm) that anything else...what do you think?
