Another thing you can do since it out the car
is to try drill a hole that is smaller then the bolt that
will fit an Extractor tool for a Stud or dowel pin
and it should be able to catch the Bolt and Come out
with it attached ????

Yeah, it will not work for me either. My latest idea is to cut the bot in pieces, get my giant flat-head tool (It's not really a screwdriver at its size) between the sections, and lever it apart with some pipe on the end. Also use butane torch, since my PB Blaster is gone.

Okay seriously... Get a grinder, or a saw... and cut the bolt in the 2 places you can see it. A grinder would be best, because you could likely cut 1/8th of an inch out of the bolt.
Then use a BFH and a punch, and see if you can move that little stub of a bolt that 1/8th of an inch. If you can, you MIGHT be in business. Moving it AT ALL signals a victory.

RE: THE BOLT SAGA
I just worked on it for about an hour and a half. One bolt was dremeled almost all the way through, and I twisted the head off, leaving about 3 inches of stuck bolt that will have to meet the drill. The other one I was able to twist all the way around after heating it and yanking for about 45mins, until the head got completely stripped. It's nice and smooth all the way around now. [:-]I don't currently have a vice grip set up in my new garage, but when I do that one will pop out with some BFH/punch coercion.
The grinder will be employed on the bolt whose head is severed. Progress, my friend.
