I just bought these H7 bulbs for my 2003 A4, but when i received them, I noticed they are actually the HIGH BEAM bulbs

What should i look for if i am trying to change the regular low beams? do they have a spedific name or code?
and what about the fog lights below the bumper??

Most of the the bulbs that I'm seeing on the web are the same as mine, therefore i'm guessing they are high beams as well..
