yea the factory speakers are 4 inch mount to the door panel it's self and you have to get a mounting plate to fit aftermarket 5.25 in same location depth is not an issue with these cars since there really isn't much in the door othere then the window regulator and lift i went with the polk momo's all the way around 6.5 in the rear and 5.25 componets up front sound alot better the them craptactic blauphant oem ones.
