Classic symptoms, low water and a peanut looking oil HEAD GASKET is gone for sure.

If you keep driving it your kill the lump you may also notice quite a bit of steam from your tips

Do it ASAP! My sister just kept filling her Blazer up with coolant as it needed it thinking it wasn't a severe problem...then finally when coolant smoke started billowing out of the hood she decided to get it fixed and car ran great......two weeks later CEL comes on, car dies on highway, Bye Bye Engine! Whole new crank kit needed...the damage had been done....

Likely head gasket, but could possibly be the oil cooler if you are lucky.

I thought a bad oil cooler usually meant oil in the coolant, not the other way around?

That can happin,, the fins in the Rad are eroded by the high acidic levels of the coolant and
can cause oil to seep through as the is a pressure differencits and circulate with the coolant and produce the cream look.

You definitely don't want to run the car. As stated before hydrolock is a very bad thing. Also the spot where the gasket is blown will eventually erode the aluminum head. If it goes to far you won't be able to cut enough off to make the head flat again. From this point things just get more expensive. Sorry to hear of the bad luck. If you catch it early it is not too hard to change out the gasket. I've done it on other motors too many times.
