RE: B7 2.0T real HP?
stronger engine i would say easier to build more power. the next car i would go with would be 2006 2.0t gti because take a look at the specs
Car and Driver Magazine:
2.0 L, I-4t, 6 speed Manual((this is stock))
0-60
6.00
1/4 Mile
14.70 sec.
70-0 Braking
162.00 ft.
Issue ** also awetuning offers giac x chip +30hp, +60ftlbs with X-Chip i think thats serious power with a 2.0t motor
Dec-05
Skidpad
0.90 g.
Top Speed
141.00 mph
dont get me wrong, i love my a4, but in the future if i ever decide to change my car because quattro takes so much power out of the car or i might go fwd

how is it slow compare to the older models bc the vr6 ones run like high 15s in the track and 1.8t are slower then the vr6 stock. but after chip its faster then the vr6, but none of them would thouch 2.0t chipped or stock.

RE: B7 2.0T real HP?
quattro dosn't take power from your car it just puts less power to the ground than fronttrak because it losses more power over the tranny thats why it has a higher 0-60. and weight is a factor. Also as far as HP it depends car to car. you have those factory freak cars that are built just right and have more hp than others. Also breaking your car in has alot to do with t. if you break your car in correctly you can gain 10 to 15 hp.
I have a friend with an 03 RSX type. Intake, headers, exhaust, and k-pro and he'll beat evo's
