Default B6 Radio Code

So I have searched for the answer to this question but I want to verify all the info I have gathered:

A. The radio code if not in the stereo manual can be located in the tire well of the car?

B. However, this is technically supposed to be removed by the dealer at point of sale and stuck in a safe place for the car therefore it might now always be there if the car is used.

C. In order to enter the code you hold down which two buttons? I have seen the answer for the B5 but the B6 seems to have different buttons and I am not sure how to do this on the B6...it seems like everyone on here has a B5...

D. The radio code is a 4 digit number and there is no generic code that works on all cars.

Thank you for any help in this matter...frankly if I wanted to enter the code, had an 02 A4, and didn't have the code, where would I find it and how would I enter it...

i'll have to look around to see where u find your radio code. u'll be able to get it from the dealer, but i'm not sure if it's hidden anywhere on the car.
as far as i know (not too farmiliar with B6s) if you disconnect your battery, or remove the headunit ont he B6, when you put it back in it displays "CODE" on the display, then you just punch your code in.
