Audi Seats Suck

RE: Audi Seats Suck
You can buy decent aftermarket seats cheaper than you can buy a new seat from Audi. If you watch the classified on the this and the other fourms you might be able to find a used seat. I see S4 seats for sale regularly.

RE: Audi Seats Suck
I have no complaints about the comfort, but there is something lose inside my seat that moves from one side to the other when i make turns and i can feel and hear it. Its like theres a dead cat in there or something.... I dont know if its related, but when i turn my seat warmer on, even on the lowest setting, it lights my *** on fire. It gets SOOOO hot in one particular spot there is definately something wrong with it.. Im sure if I left it on it might cause a fire or burn something.. Anyone have any ideas on those things?? -Not to thread jack!

i've heard of the heated seat problem. but i dont think there is a DIY fix. some guy burnt his *** and a hole in the seat. hahah!
but yeah no complaints. I actually get compliments on my seats. very plain and a little stiff compared to others but very stylish. I love them. although my buddies 04s4 recaro's are pretty nice too.

I love my b5 seats.
The are firm, with a lot of side support. And I love the Audi headrest. They feel like racing seats, maybe mine are sport?
I don't know what yours are like, but mine hold you in place nicely, and comfortably.

I'm going to disagree with the original post, i love the seats. I used to drive lifted truck with front benches, this is like a glove compared to those haybails. Audi has always been known for being ergonomic (hope i spelled that right.) You could always get some sheepskin covers like my grandparents. =) they are pretty comfy!
