hi im very curious if the audi a4 b5 2000+ headlights will fit on the 1996 b5?

hope i get a good response... or do i have to get them ones in ebay?

they will fit with minor fender trimming. if you're getting new headlights, go with the one-piece (99.5-01 i believe). the older two-piece ones are crap. and the aftermarket two-piece ones on ebay aren't any cheaper than the aftermarket one-pieces. don't get aftermarket though, they'll fog. get only Valeo brand headlights.

all of those aftermarket headlights are pretty poor quality. lots of condensation problems. like i said, you really only want valeo or bosch headlights. and the one-piece conversion is well worth it, the two-piece headlights are crap compared to the newer ones. they don't fit flush and look kinda cheap. one-pieces are much cleaner.

one piece all the way. it's not gonna show up in pictures... but in real live a one piece is 1x better. and if you want a dark housing one piece... you can't buy it anywhere. you're gonna have to do it yourself. I STILL NEED TO SEE SOMEONE DO THIS! if you don't wanna do it, send it to me... and any cash you wanna throw in and i'll do it for you

ECSTuning.com sells one pice. The one pice are the headlights that come stock on 1999.5+ A4's. You'll see some people refer to "Ecodes" as well. Those are the one piece headlights that come stock in Europe and have no amber piece in the corner like the N. American ones. Do you guys have to pay duties and all that to get stuff mailed over from here?
