audi b5 a4 brake upgrade

audi b5 a4 brake upgrade
I would like to upgrade my 2001 a4 1.8t brakes and have heard that s4 calipers are a direct fit with new rotors and pads. Has anyone had experance with this. how about porche calipers will they fit?

i herd that s4 front brakes wont fit on an 2001 a4. but the a8 ones will. if you have the money get a bbk from stoptech or brembo. and the porsche caliper is made by brembo i thik

stoptech is the best you can do for a decent $..

Yea thats what i was talking about earlier, didnt have the exact specs though

You can use tt caliper carriers, a8 rotors and your stock a4 calipers and pads. This just gives you a bigger rotor diameter. Here is the link to the ecs website where they sell the kit. OEM BBK
