Is anyone use a Fidanze LWFW with success?
Here's my problem. I bought the car ('02 1.8t QM) with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and Spec Stg. III clutch already installed.
Well, now the Spec is ready to check out (thanks... 5-8000 miles of non-abusive driving).
I'm wondering if anyone has a Fidanza and not had problems with it. I really don't mind the way it revs now, but I don't want to buy a South Bend clutch and have it start slipping with the Fidanza. The problem is I can't use the same clutch with the Fidanza as the stock dual mass flywheel.
I'm still waiting to see what happened to the original flywheel (previous owner has misplaced it (or lost it)).
Worst case, I buy a new OEM flywheel and use a South Bend clutch. I'm not too poor to buy, I just don't want to spend more money on this thing then I need to.
I've got too many other projects that could use any saved money up.
Thanks.

RE: Is anyone use a Fidanze LWFW with success?
i know there are a few people on here using LWFW, im not sure if they are using fidanza or not. i think some are running the unorthadox if im not mistaken. i remember searching this a little while back, i can't remember if it was on here or on audizine, but there are a few threads on it. im sure if you search on this site and on audizine.com you will find what you are looking for. i know everyone immediately says search, but i have searched this subject with success within the past 2 weeks.
