My wife got this for me for Christmas but there are no instructions or even a brand name so i have no idea how to instal it. Anyone recognize it?

RE: Anyone recognize this Short Shifter
So here is my review So here is my review of the ebay knock-off of the B&M short throw shifter. The install went very smooth with the exception of a couple things.
There are some nylon bushings that go on the stablizer bars which run perpendicular to the shifter. By this I mean front to back on either side. These are trash. They fit too tight and do not allow for any movement that is supposed to be there.
The spring clip that came with the kit to hold… well… all of the spring clips are crap and bent out of shape so I re-used the stock ones. Keep that in mind when removing the stock ones during tare down.
The other parts including the nice size push down spring for going into reverse and the various other doodads were quite nice and well made. I opted for the full 35% reduction in throw and to remove the push down safety lock out for reverse. I really like the crisp short throw and the fact that my shifter no longer bounces up and down to go to reverse. It is just solid.
It helps to have an extra set of hands and download the instructions from B&M as the kits look identical to me.
One last thing. During my research on this project I found some people having some trouble with the shifter boot sagging down and exposing the stick. There are rings milled into the shaft to support the spring assembly if you opt for keeping the push down mechanism. If not though, you can use the crappy spring clip that they provide as a stopper to keep the boot from sagging by popping one onto the lowest exposed ring and then putting the boot on over that. Fits perfect, no sagging.
Sorry no pics. I was to excited.
