I not only went to matrix to get my GIAC software installed, I borderline stalked Jeremy for about two weeks bombarding him with questions about what I should do to my car. He answered every question I had and took the time while I was there to make sure I felt comftorble with swapping out the stock giac chip I had etc etc. I will be heading back there if I ever need anymore work done to my car. Great guys!

P.S. I think I saw a b6 s4, two b5 s4's and a b5 s4 avant while I was there.. now that I think about it I shoulda made Jeremy take me for a ride

Anyway for anyone who has had less than a amazing experience working with these guys I would like to hear an explanation.. I'm just curious how my experience could be so far off from someone elses, considering I only had them do about $150 dollars worth of labor, they treated me pretty damn well..
