i have it in possesion just need access to a lift i wanted to do it day rather then bother with borrowing a jack from a friend I went to a local mechanic shop and he said 'nope cant do it for you because of emissions and if i get caught 25k fine for me"

Tell that to the link someone posted in the OT section. Someone on AZ got a illegal exhaust mod for having a BOV. That just kills me since its on the intake. I so hope he got out of that one.

I never bothered to research it till now. That valve is pretty cool.Over priced, but a great concept. APR is probably sick of being Forge's bitch [&:].

ok so im being retard today and i had to replace the vacuum hose that goes on top of the dv valve and had to remove my forge 007 and i didn't pay attention to which end went where so my question is in the normal way which side does the long side go into intake side or intercooler side??
im getting some sound that sound like a sneeze out of my dv and it have tired it both ways and the sound doesn't change it wasn't doing this till after i replaced the vacuum hose what could i of done wrong????

normal way - pressure on the side, bottom goes to the intake.

I chipped my 99 A4 1.8T with an APR chip over a year ago. Since then my car stutters sometimes when I open-throttle. Would an aftermarket DV be the solution? How do I know if I totally fucked up my turbo from this last year of abuse? What DV would you recommend?

any known brand dv is fine. the sooner you change it, the better.
