RE: Alignment question
Im guessing your car is lowered about 2 inches or so?
The front camber numbers can only be equalled out, you can't increase the camber on our front suspensions. The rears however is ok at 2 degrees negative camber because there isn't much weight on them, i have the same problem on mine, just rotate them front to back to even out the tire wear.
The spec is around 1.2 in the front and 1.5 in the rear for sport, 1.0 and 1.2 for standard.

RE: Alignment question
The threads are showing on the front driver side wheel after only about 3,000 miles.
I'm having it realigned at a specialty shop for 200. He said that he will equal the fronts and something about the tierods and try to level them out.
Also, after they pulled it off the rack the steering wheel was crooked. He pulled it back in and put it on the rv alignment rack with no computer and readjusted it so the steering wheel was straight. I'm sure that messed it up and I almost got into a fist fight with the guy. What would they adjust to straighten the steering wheel?

RE: Alignment question
The steering wheel is adjusted by the tie rod ends, a lot of people don't know how to adjust the angles correctly on an audi, especially a lowered one.
Ask him if he knows what a WIN toe adjustment is, if he scratches his head get away from that moron.
See if you can find a guy at a dealer or good euro shop that aligns lowered audi's on a regular basis, it takes a good deal of practice.

RE: Alignment question
Then why are you wearing out tires at 3k? Sounds like he's full of s*** Never had a problem getting a steering wheel straight using WIN toe............EVER.
Does he even know what a blown tie rod end looks/feels like?

RE: Alignment question
This is a different guy. This guy is in reno an hour away that I'm taking it to. The last guy is the one who screwed it up and will never touch it again.
I have checked and had everything inspected and everything is like new so I'm not worried about worn parts.
