this is my last post on this car for a while it is a 2001 a4 quartto i bought this car used and it has a fiberglass rs4 bumper that kinda fits but it looks good unless you really look at it ever since i bought the car the air bag light has been on and the guy that i bought it from said check the connection under the drive seat which i did and the light is still on i have thought about getting behind the gauge cluster and taking out the air bag bulb but that doesn't really fix the problem. i don't have a vag com but ill be ordering on soon i got to get a cheap laptop first. can some on please help me?

 

not much any one can do honestly without an airbag code reader or vag to get codes im afraid

It is mostly related with the connections under the driver seat. My friend had same problem and I cleared the comde ones and came back, then I moved the driver seat back and forward and check the connectors to make sure they fit in right. Connected the vag-com and clear the code and never came on again.

 

when i got my vag i cleared my air bag light and it hasnt comeback yet and that was 2 months ago
